Hi to All, Thanks for yesterdays comments and especially to both MrsLubner and durleybeachbum for a lead, Still researching, lol. This particular flower always blooms with one petal missing, They seed and self sow and each time they bloom the same result. Cool again this morning 3C or about 38F but no frost yet. with aclear sunny day. Cheers Phill.

First, regarding your post of the succulent... I went to http://www.aiaps-photos.org/index.en.php and looked through quite a bit of their ID photos. My guess is you have Aeonium holochrysum (http://www.aiaps-photos.org/photo.en.php?id=100412). Give it a look and see. If not, this is a great site for Cacti and Succulent ID. Warning...they have over 1000 ID photos and it could take some time. :-) As for this lovely flower, well...lovely! :-) Grand pov and super macro shot.
