Description
Le Salin d'Aigues Mortes est dédié à la culture d'un sel de mer de qualité, essentiellement destiné à l'alimentation. La coloration rose de l'eau est liée à la prolifération de micro-organismes du type algues microscopiques, appelées "dunaliella salina".
