It looks to me as if you changed your mind while creating this picture. I think that a close-up of the face would match the title "Under Pressure" better than the whole picture. I feel some discrepancy between the wounds on the one hand and the clean top (or whatever that gray garment is named) and "perfect" nails on the other. Nor do I see any pressure in the pose. The elements of the picture look good to me, but I'd prefer them to show in separate pictures. :-)
