Description

While fishing yesterday, this family of ducks came for a visit. Mom was clearly unafraid and came within a few feet of me. I think that she was hoping for some food. The little ones followed dutifully behind her wherever she went in the water or on shore.

The babies are always cute. I think I enjoy looking at mom's head here tho. Sort of a "smashed" look to it as all ducks seem to have. Like a car ran over the top half of the head and flattened it out a bit. Great shot.
