As Tibauld and Anansi stared each other down for what seemed like and eternity, neither of them blinking, moving a hair, as the fatal showdown reached its peak. The sky grew dark, the wind swirled around their feet kicking up dust clouds, knocking Tibauld sideways and dislodging his longsword from his grasp ... he then in that one small moment knew his days were numbered.
