I really like this, how accurate is it to Marineris Valley?

That would be some sight, standing on the surface next to the largest valley in the solar system. Of course there's a small matter of the atmospheric pressure being 100 times lower than on Earth and all the water evaporating away...

Unfortunately, when Mars lost it's magnetic field, it lost the only protection it had against the solar winds. Now, if you could invent what it would take to re-magnetize an entire planet, we could get down to some serious terraforming. Nonetheless, it's still an awesome render! 5+

We're learning all about changing a planets weather and atmosphere right here on Earth - who knows one day we might have to do this to Mars just so we have somewhere to live! Great picture.

Thx all for the appreciation :) I used an elevation map of Mars as a base to raise the ocean's level. This picture is the first of a set describing three different periods : 2200 AD, 3100AD, 3950AD.
