This probably is a Papilio nireus. Damaged but beautiful.

I am always surprised at how much of a Butterfly's wing surface can be lost without any effect I can see. Butterfly wings do not have blood in them so no problem about blood loss from wing damage but common sense suggests it should be a factor aerodynamically. Tis a very pretty Butty and well captured. Thanks for sharing. Lee
