Oh, he is most definitely up to mischief. Love how you captured that look that cats get when they are are interested in something. Their eyes glisten and they get that wide eye stare (like in your picture). His body language is stiff meaning he is still and attentive and ready to pounce on something or else he's just really into it (most likely a bird or squirrel since this is outside). I think it's the former since his right paw is up meaning he's gonna swipe at something. Great pose, lighting and detail. Very cool photo. :)
