BIO-HAZARD
Born in King's Cross,NSW Australia. My parent's were German and split up when I was 12 months old, unfortunately my Father died young, so what ! . I have liked drawing & painting for-ever. When I saw an Amiga 500 with a ray-traced juggler, I was hooked !!! I left High School then joined a Rock'n'Roll band and toured the East Coast of OZ as Road crew. Then I played Lead & Rhythm guitar in my own band's, EASTERN UNDERGROUND(Sydney), FLASHBACK (Noosa), SAXON DOG"S & STEEL RAIN (Gold Coast). I worked as a Cameraman at the Gold Coast Turf Club. And a lot of my "in-between" footage got beamed all over the Planet on Sky Channel, So if you're ever are in a TAB (betting agency Oz style) and see pic's of cloud's, pelican's or chick's tit's then you'll know, it was my footage !  I won a $5,000 scholarship for 3D Animation, at Silicon Studio's Training Center-Brisbane. Did a Multi-Media course at Kingscliff TAFE. Lightwave 8.5 is my choice of weapon, with Poser 6, Vue 6 Extreme and Zbrush 3. One day I will be doing 3D for a living...I hope ! You will find, that most of my art has a weird and twisted sense of humour to it, life's pretty straight without 'twisties' !Â
...Cheers fellow artists...Jeff :o)
UP-DATE:2011...WOOHOO...I made piccy of the day at E-on (Vue) and I'm stoked, my experimentation, persistance and learning new techniques paid off.

Wow - an amazing machine. Her wild blue hair is a nice touch of color, too. CC

Cool looking Mech! I like the POV you used, just showing the upper part of the Mech. It seems like most people have to show the whole thing, and there's nothing wrong with that, but it's just good to see a different perspective. The pilot looks like she's having too much fun. I like her looks! Nice work!!

Nicely done. What was wrong with the Ace reporter?

I'm glad I had the time to look at your latest post early Jeff, priceless piece of humor it was my friend, sorry they pulled it off. Now this is an excellent gift to Antonio, his girl looks really fierce in this scene, wonderful work again.

Cool POV and the mech looks pretty good so far, I like how the head/cockpit looks a little like a stunted apache longbow.

Sorry about "Ace Reporter 3" bein' pulled Jeff. I actually LMFAO at the deft placement of the newspaper. An' bein' a mutant ... perhaps that was his mouth. Who's to say. Anyway, very cool render. And this young lass looks like she means business with her big guns. Excellent!
jocko500
lol they pulled it . oh so sorry to hear but I saw it and it was funny. I saw nothing wrong with it . now for this image it a 'A" image all the way

Hard to believe there was anything in "Ace Reporter 3" that warranted being pulled, but what can we do... sadly nothing- the TOS are set in stone and interpreted in the strangest ways. Very nice Mech- and as for the character; always neat to see a WIP, it makes the final stage very interesting as we get to see the development progress. Maybe a closeup of the character in a future render? The frozen mountain background looks great- and gives the mech some scale and the viewer the impression that we are looking from a high vantage point- excellent POV.

Excellent!

This lady 'Sandy', has certainly no fear of heights or anything else! Funny thing, actually in the Northern Queensland Mines of OZ you see more and more 'Femme Fatales' now-a-days taking on Heavy Duty jobs similar to this one,(except no snow). I know how difficult and time-consuming this was for you, to try and get all the placements just right, well done my son, great perspective, as always. BB

That surely is an amazing machine though it looks as though it may be hard to handle in the turbulance above the mountains. Well done and the blue hair looks different.
