Description

Sides... sides... sides. Inside... outside... east side... west side... upside down... right side up. Hmmm... how many different sides are there? It all depends upon our point of view. There's your side... my side... their side... our side. Whose side are we on?... wrong side... right side. There are still so many sides to choose from. In the metaphysical sense, there is really one side. It is the inside because that is where we have our living, moving and being. We can never see a side or point of view exactly the same as another person would see it because we can never be that other person. So... who is right? Well... no one and every one. It all depends upon our point of view. What are we getting at? We cannot judge another's actions because the only person that we can judge is ourselves. We can only know the driving force that is within ourselves and the reasons why we do things sometimes. So... the next time we see something and say to ourselves "well I wouldn't have done it that way" we would probably be right. Based upon our knowledge and experiences, we might have chosen a different option. And the next time we think that we want to say to someone "I know just how you feel" let us stop and think about it. Do we really know how someone else feels? Probably not. But we can most likely understand what someone else feels. With that thought in mind, we just might be on target. We can never know exactly how someone else feels but we can for the most part understand and relate to what someone else is feeling. So why not tell it to them that way. There are sides... many sides... it's all in the perspective. From what side are you looking at life today? Our thought for the day is: 'That which you are seeking is seeking you. Take time to stop and let it catch up with you.' Gayle O Have a grand and glorious day. Take time to be the best you that you can be. To that end, all it takes is to slow down to the speed of life. © Gayle O This is a single flame created in Apophysis 3D Hack. Some of the variations used in this flame are the foci, spherical, cylinder, and blur variations. Post work was done in PSP. Thank you for stopping by to view my art. Thank you for your comments on this image and my previous images. I send a most heart felt thank you to those of you who have favored me as an artist or have favored one of my images. Your visits to my gallery mean a lot to me and make my world a little brighter. Upside, downside, inside, out… may all the sides of your life always be in harmony. Namaste.

As my teacher use to say; "there is no right and wrong, only different perceptions". She also taught me that;'The only pain we really feel (other than physical) is the pain that comes when we are resisting what is happening". Your work is wonderful, and it matches the Spirit of your writings. Thanks........Geno
