Hello! This is just a texture, but I love textures, sooo...... :) Thanks for having a look and for your kind comments to yesterdays Horse drawing. Have a wonderful weekend. Wonderful weather, Sunny and birdsinging with fresh air. I just wish PJ had the same in her area. :-(

I've always wanted to be the first to comment on an image, and I might get my today! You've really captured a strange new world, a leaf that bristles like a leather surface, or like a fresh piece of molten lava. You obviously have a love affair with microscopic textures, and this is another example. A very intense shot of nature in its complexity. And another example of why you should've been a micro-biologist! More good work, Helle. Thanks! (and, as always, my version of the Helle weather report: It's warm and muggy in Chicago, and if you were a REAL friend, you'd send some of your weather this way!) Let's see if I can post this before anyone else! (Please, please, please, please, please...)

I am starting to think evolution is setting in on me and my body composition is changing to require less oxygen and more particulants... I do love this leaf. It is such a rich green it makes me swoon...I think its the color and not the lack of oxygen... LOL
