Yes, I know, I am addicted!
The garden centre, close to home, is a wonderful place to wander quietly and then have an iced cappucino after work and the long hot drive home.
Yesterday, just as I arrived, they were unloading a truck full of the most
amazingly-coloured lupins I have ever seen!.
Despite my addiction, I only bought four.........oh, yes, and a wonderful baby blue and violet coloured delphinium.
(I HAD to, ...they were on sale!)
The purple/yellow one will be a gift, (unless it ends up like the Apricot nectar rose one year ago) and the pink/white, the blue/blue, and the salmony/cerise-red one are to brighten dark corners of my garden.......... Don't laugh, or clap, THROW MONEY! (joking!)
For this shot, I simply put the pots out on my suddenly scorched lawn....... Thanks for your visit.

I love lupin and the colors in these are just beautiful! I have never seen a purple/yellow one but if I ever do I'm going to buy it. I can see why you bought these.

These are all so beautiful ... I couldn't have resisted them either! I was going to tell you which was my favorite, but it keeps changing depending on which one I'm looking at. Gorgeous!!

I have never, ever, seen plants like these during my tons of years on this planet! They are absolutely magnificent, and your wonderful photograph really does justice to them! The clarity, colors and composition in this shot are beyond my ability to describe. Will "gorgeous" do? And all along I thought lupines had something to do with wolves.
