Description

The time for the duel has arrived. Both Alexander and the chief palace guard waste no time climbing up their respective obelisks and out onto the connecting rope, stretched over the top of the lion chambers below. The growl of the cats can be heard above the roar and hubbub of the crowd. No one knows for sure how this duel will end, but for a certainty, it will end in a grizzly finish for the loser. The emperor gazed out over the sight with mixed emotions. There haven't been this many of the nobility turn out for one of these events in quite awhile. The General's idea seems to be paying off big dividends, he feels, for his popularity had been falling amongst the nobles these last few months. Even though he is the undisputed ruler, he still needs the support of the ruling class, and they do demand their diversions. Too bad he has to sacrifice one of his most prized palace guards, or Alexander, whom he has also become attached to over the years. Ah yes, beautiful Alexander. Such a terrific waste should he lose this match as well. Many different characters rendered in Poser 6, postwork in PS7.

Now THIS is a masterpiece! Brilliant in every aspect amigo! I can't wait to see what's next! I hate to think of either of those stud puppies being lion chow, but if it must be ... it must be ... and like wrpspeed said, there are obviously no second chances here!
