Description

Just finished another warship, an Assault Carrier. Built to deliver fighters through heavily defended warp gates, she is better armoured and armed than Fleet Carriers. The advent of Hyperdrive has made Gate assaults an obsolete tactic, however, as most Imperial Warships are not yet equiped with this new drive system, this carrier is still essential to any successful attack. She's escorted by a Thor's Hammer class battlecruiser, and launching a pair of heavy fighters. :) DAZ: HOS, Millenium Environment, FVCS, GVCS, Cap Ships one through four, HBT, BPCS. Greywolf

As far as space renders go, this one looks really weird to my eye. What's the source of light? Why are the windows on the carrier two stories tall? Or are the fighters six foot long? I think if I hadn't just spent eight hours modeling hangar bays and vehicle bay doors, I might not have caught it, but I did. I'm not being sarcastic, but shouldn't the focus of the pic, be the front ship? You've done so MANY kick-ass scifi pics, I really hate to pan this one. The description is good, but it's not matching the pic,IMO. I think all the previous kick-ass renders you did really spoiled me by setting the bar so high, for this one. This one isn't a strike out, but it's broken your home-run record.
