Description

We planted flowers in our vegetable garden for . . . well, just because. Here is one of the first to open. Reminds me of fireworks, appropriate the the holiday I guess. Thanks for Looking! Ken

Its like a mini garden inside the flower. I love the tiny yellow flower growing at the top right.

I had these last year...the candystriped ones. Are yours the nearly fully round ball variety? I do think they are one of the most attractive for a blast of garden color. A very articulate shot...it speaks clearly and boldly. :-)

Bring on the 4th of July...snap, crackle and pop. Nice variety, I must say, haven't seen one like that before. It's amazing what one can find here in details, such a change from the usual flower pix. Nicely done, Ken. BB

A flower within a flower, I'm with Mum on this, I have never seen one of these blooms before either...so can you eat them Ken ? seeing they are growing in your vegie patch... Super macro and very unusual specimen ! ~Cheers~
