Description

Taken on a Nature walk a couple weeks back. Used HDR to equal the light levels. Hope it isn't over-done. Thanks for looking all. -Bruce FULLSIZE for best view!

excellent photo... how you managed to capture the detail in all the shadows and not have the other parts washed out; perfect blend/balance.

Just right! I've gone right off the false look that too much HDR seems to give. This for me is perfect.

A wonderful restrained use of postwork to better a shot that would've been great on its own. There's a spot in the middle that's a little washed-out (you can fix that easily with the "clone" tool in Photoshop) but the rest is fantastic. The camera tends to do boring things to natural light and I'm glad you've found a way to compensate for that without making everything look like LSD Land.
