The local TV repairman made his own adapter and put a Buick V-8 in his in the 50's when the original inline 6 gave out. He was very proud and sought me out to show it. Everyone has his own priorities. I would trade the headlight shades for a nice license plate frame on this one. It is an example of "kid stuff" that I first saw as a coon tail on a 1936's antenna in one of your shots. Looking at the major auction appearances of the same "kid stuff" has given me a window on today's collector that otherwise I would have missed.
