Very exotic and a lovely bright colour. I did a search on Google and the nearest I came up with was Bouvardia. "Each stem resembles a small bouquet in bright firework colours. They also have a faint delicate scent. Imports from Mexico". The leaves don't look as fleshy though as your ones so maybe someone can enlighten us.

I can not help with a name I would make up some nice fantasy name like "Pinkhala beautalina" Gorgeous color and a fine close up.
