Her face does look beautiful. I'm surprised by the many gray hairs. I wonder if you could do something about the mesh: the fold near her left armpit (to our right). Moreover, it must be the pose (head, left hand) and lighting, but to me she seems to wear a turtleneck sweater under her skin (or have a turtle neck).
