In CANS! Wow! and 30 cents. I think maybe the 70's. And the dummy is from then, too, probably. There's a dummy like that parked in a police car that we drive by in a small town in Wyoming sometimes. They can't afford a real cop, so they parked a car and put up a 30 mph sign and people actually do slow down. You come around a curve on the highway and see it and react before you can realize it's just a dummy. LOL.
