These lyrics by Sirenia caused me to think about Lucifer; who was perfect until the day wickedness was found in him. He desired to be like God and to take His throne. Now, he is eternally lost and his life will never be regained. There is no forgivness for the angels that fell.
Each time we choose to disobey our Creator, we are, in effect; reaching our arms out for the eternally burning black flames of Hades. Thanks be to God for His great mercy to mankind, for He has made a way for His righteous anger to be satisfied and for us to be reconciled into right relationship: His Son, Jesus Christ.
