nice shot ! i think that these are young Long-eared Owls, which have grown too big for their nest. either they have not grown their "ears" yet, or they have flattened them down in an effort to be less visible...

It must be fantastic to have neighbours like these three, how unusual is that?!. Superb capture, they look like young ones, just about ready to fly the coop as they say. I must say I only saw two at first, the third one is well hidden. Excellent work. Bravo!!!!!
