Description
The founders fathers believe in God of the Bible.
One time they got 5000 English soldiers to stop the fight and took them pow. The Amererians had they sign papers that they would not pick up arms against them anymore and just four officers of the Amercia forces walked them back to they ships in Boston and put them on they ships and they sail back to England.
We could not print the bible here but just after we won our indepeance from England a printer here in America came to Congress and ask permint to print one . Congress say yes and also say and wrote that the Bible would be taught in all the schools. They say it would help keep crime down. They was right for as soon as the courts kick God out the school crime shot up big time. plus the courts took God out of goverment which our founding fathers never intended to happen for even Thomas Jesserson say it be bad for the country. He is right
I not going into detail here but study the real history of each man who sign the papers of Indepinaces. I being watching Angel 2 channel so if you see spceal events click on it for it may be history of Amercia. Even the Black history they have will open your eyes and see things in a diff light.
I just thank God and all the people that listen to Him and did what was right.

My grandfather used to get cited by the minister taking attendance from time to time. That is what was prohibited by the separation of church and state.

Happy 4.th Jocko. Very nice photo and information. And yes i believe too that several religions kept the crime rate down for many years. Many religions have the message, that people should be nice to each other, and respect each other. Those things are almost lost nowadays. Too many people worship mammon instead. The decade of materialism is is. Nowadays.. many don't respect anything else than money. Sad way things are going. The unfortunate thing about worshipping money is... that it pass pretty fast... and then one need new things... which will only make you happy for a few days... then you need another new thing to make you happy...More wants more...and after 50 years of buying new things... you discover that you are still unhappy inside.:) The true values is inside, and comes from inside. If one learn to find happiness from inside.. one don't need to buy new things to keep one happy all the time;) Know thy self. +5 to let you know i did not down rate this.

Nice shot, Jock, but Thomas Jefferson and some other Founding Fathers were deists. Can we say, separation of Church and State? God does not belong in the public schools. That's what churches and religious schools are for.

excellent subject matter Jock.religious teaching may not be in school, but the presence of religious factions controls the government. our pres is a fanatic and his right nut governor of Texas. we have the freedom to do what the government allows, not what it was intended for. just like the joke about the man claiming that he makes all the decisions in his family.his wife tells him what to do and he decides to do it
