Clams to Marinera (Almejas a la Marinera)

Ingredients * 1 kg. clam alive * 2 onions * 2 garlic cloves * 1 teaspoon paprika * 3 ripe tomatoes * Pepper * Parsley * 2 cups white wine * Sal * Oil Elaboration Wash the clams well, leaving them a while in water and salt to release the sand. In a casserole rehogar the chopped onion, add the grated tomatoes, salt and pepper. Stir and add the clams, white wine, parsley and pepper. Cook to fire live so that the clams are opened. Serve in the same casserole. ************************************************** Ingredientes * 1 Kg. de almejas vivas * 2 cebollas * 2 dientes de ajo * 1 cucharadita de pimentón * 3 tomates maduros * Pimienta * Perejil * 2 copas de vino blanco * Sal * Aceite Elaboración Lavar bien las almejas, dejarlas un rato en agua y sal para que suelten la arena. En una cazuela rehogar la cebolla picada, añadir los tomates rallados, sal y pimentón. Remover y añadir las almejas, el vino blanco, el perejil y la pimienta. Cocer a fuego vivo para que las almejas se abran. Servir en la misma cazuela. ************************************************** Gracias por su comentarios en mi imagen de ayer:

This is one seafood I have never tried, I think I have eaten every other sort but do not like whelks. I think I will have to give this one a try. Excellent image, I love the whicker border on this one. Bravo!!!!!
