Description
World Trade Center 9/13/01 - I was a volunteer firefighter from Long Island at the time...I was part of a crew sent in to help with rescue and recovery efforts. Just recovered these off an old hard drive. Photo was lightened a bit in Photoshop. Camera was an old Ricoh digital (less than one mp resolution, i think)

I had a friend on one of the planes that hit the towers and every time I see a photo from that day I feel very down. Thank you for your help in that disaster. Great photo.
