Location: Staffordshire, England. ÂÂ
DOB : 10th June - you don't think I'm telling you which year do you ???
Oh, I will say that I'm female - I get so many emails addressed 'Dear Sir' it drives me nuts!!!
A little bit about me......
I used to paint on canvas in oils an acrylics many years ago so when I took up digital art it all seemed very different. Think I'm just getting the hang of it by now ;-)
I love animals, hate animal cruelty.  Love poking around in old ruined abbeys and castles - fortunately, there's a profusion of both where I live. Love the countryside, hate towns and cities. AND I HATE FOOTBALL!!!! (Sorry for shouting the last bit)

It would be heartbreaking, alright. My first wife, about a year after our divorce, had her house burn to the ground, taking every momento of her life up to that time with it. It nearly broke her heart; and mine to watch how it affected her. I read somewhere that having your home burned is one of the ten most stressful events that can happen to a person. I know of a guy who was in his last semester before graduating from college and his apartment burned. He completely imploded and just began wandering around the country like the lost soul that he apparently was. As far as I know, he never finished his degree. To have most or all of your village destroyed would be hearbreaking. Think you've captured the mood here.
