Lady at the Farmer's Market told me this is what folks used to call a Tobacco Plant.

This is nicotiana, or flowering tobacco. I have loads of white-to-purple blooms, but no red ones. This is spectacular! I'm jealous. I'm going to wait a few weeks and then come back to this image and collect a few seeds. :)
