Description

The Vils river in Amberg Germany is crossed by a covered bridge, leading to the downtown pedestrian zone. These covered bridges are common, and often make for a good place to wait out a rainstorm if you don't have an umbrella with you. :) Amberg Germany, 10 July 2008

Dave says dramatic, I'm in between. I'm also thinking it's a little sad, as you said it would be a good place to wait out the rain and I can't help but imagine some lonely person on the bridge, looking off into nowhere, believing it's raining just because they're feeling so blue... Anyway though, I adore covered bridges and really enjoy all your pics so thanks!
