My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Desperate metaphors or not, it is an experience to be confronted by the sheer beauty and poignant display. Excellent clarity and color well captured.

A vortex, indeed! Lovely to look at, and yellow, your favorite color when it comes to this kind of subject matter. If I didn't know better, I'd swear it was one of my many hundreds of rose photos, Tara.

Wow! Tara. Front page cover of Gardeners World or the Rose Growers Manual(if there is such a thing). It deserves to be on the front page of something, on every news agents counter there is. Falling in is right, the form of this beautiful Rose reminds me of a maelstrom, whirlpool or vortex. Very harsh words for such a beautiful thing I know, but the feeling of being drawn in is harsh, is almost overpowering. This has got to be in your top ten best captures, it is going in my top ten faves anyhow. Heart stopping work. Spectacular coulor, light, focus. Bravo Tara, Bravo!!!!!5+++++ Extra special.
