These Set is based on the 10 Basic Kung Fu stances.
In Kung-Fu, there are many stances for various purposes. And each style has its own special set.
These are the ten, in all styles shared stances.
The 10 Basic stances are:
- Ma Bo
- Gung Bo
- Ding Bo
- Hui Bo
- Chung Sik
- Chuat Sing
- Lau Ma
- Kuai Ma
- Tou Bo
- Tu Ma
At all this Set will include more than 210 Pose Files.
