A totally new species for me Aleks and what a beauty it is, it looks alien, from another planet but it is beautiful to look at. Are you treading on Danuta's toes here, I thought she was the macro photographer, lol. Superb clarity and detail and excellent lighting, it has to be a fav. Bravo!!!!!

you must have some terrificly expensive lens Aleks ! and that is such a beautiful ugly plant lol the focus is so sharp it gives a sort of 3d effect....like you can almost reach out and touch it oh well-------just another 5+ :)

is it poisoness - really it looks as if a small army of sneaky insects are just waiting there with antenna extended waiting for its prey. Great picutre - I will take your word on the flower part.
