That call of "eaHHHHH!" Like the bellow of a beast. From way back on a side street in the dark. The better dressed ones in the open are to chitchat with the squad cars. The new British owner of the laundry that cleaned it up had queried, "What does a beast sound like when it falls?" That took me to the hog slaughter house in Balitimore as it was closing but this was more what he meant, I think.
