Like crawling up in a ball and crying.. I guess it's depression... I don't understand why these feelings just come about like they do...

There is discomfort and pain in this one it's a special one depressions are thoughts they can be cleared with sunshine.. and a good long walk outside and of course friendship we send you some warm fibes !!!
