Something a little more lighthearted than yesterdays post ;-) Inspired by a silly TShirt my hubby bought last weekend in Betws-y-Coed !! It appealed to my mirth button. Thanx 4 peekin' ---------------- Sheep, Drystone Walls - DarkAnvil @ Cornucopia

Lovely work, good use of an ecosystem (unless you posed them all by hand...) - I love the sheep peering over the wall!

A great composition, Gill. I've seen similar banners on postcards up here in Scotland. It made me laugh ( bad for the stiches ), and reminded me of summer holidays when I was a boy. It makes my desktop, no contest! I recently had a wee holiday in Scarborough, after major surgery. As part of the coach tour, our party visited Goathland ( setting for Adensfield and ITV's 'Heartbeat' series ). Up until then I had only seen sheep wandering about in parts of Northern Ireland, and the Hebrides where fences or dry stane dykes are missing ( or escaped from the local 'stock' market, when I was a young cop in Lanark. There, in the hard to access heart of North Yorkshire, there seemed more sheep wandering about the village than tourists. Maybe they were on tour as well..mmm ;o) Warm regards from a very noisy, but musical ( if you are Scots ), Glasgow ( the World Pipe Band Championships in progress in Glasgow Green ), John.
