Description

This is a close up of the grasp a male dragonfly takes of his partner. A chance capture of the couple during ovipositing. I fired of about 40 shots over 10 minutes of this frantic activity. They are constantly bobbing down to push the femail into water for a split second to lay an egg then back up again.
