hi,
a portrait of Cassandra using LIGHT 7.
This image has a pretty sombre mood. I think i'll leave any meanings up to yourselves.
The skin texture is GND4, i was thinking whether to buy the new Elite textures at DAZ but then i realised the GND4 texture and alot of other textures i have seem to be the same resolution, so i decided to stick with the ones i have :D
if anyone has any portraits of the new Elite range that you think might persuade me otherwise please let me know :D

This is nice..I'm like you almost bought the elite, until I realized the textures are so similar if not the same as the ones I have. Stick with what you have, this one is beautiful.

The lighting really compliments her skin beautifuly. I haven't seen any portraits of the elite bundle but I saw the full body shot of "Amy" by Yannek looks sweet. He posted the promo shot on here and I absolutely love it. That being said, I don't know if I'm completely sold on the new "Elite" line though. Rehashing alot of old outfits and slaping Elite on the product to try and resell it.

The Elite textures are great - but if you alrady have that quality available it's not giving you much more than you already have. I like this image - the imperfections on the top lip and around the nose introduce an element of uber-realism. Great work.

Awesome pic, I really like those lights! I haven't been tempted by the Elite textures either, they don't seem to add anything beyond what you get from the good textures on this site already.

Marvelous! Your lighting really compliments the skin tones. Don't get me started on the so called Elite line, though. I don't think there's enough room in these little boxes for my view on them. grin

I concur with Rainbowgirl and Jadelu on all fronts, superb image and the whole elite line seems like a cash grab quite frankly, especially the "re-released" clothing with elite morphs. 20 minutes and a good morph transfer tool should give you the same result. As for textures, stick with GND, Blackhearted builds his stuff to last.
