Description

To everyone who favorited my Midnight Crocus and those who left such sweet comments: It has been brought to my attention that the crocus image used in this image was used without permission...a misunderstanding at the UF mailing list, but nonetheless used without permission. Therefore, I have removed the image from my gallery and the offending crocus from my Images folder. I do apologize to Gerda, the creator of the crocus photo. It was and never would be my intention to steal an image. I hope you can forgive me as I meant no harm. I feel terrible about all this, but I think we all learned something today...I certainly did. I appreciate, so much, your kind support and sweet words and I never want to offend anyone, ever. I've come to think of you all as friends and you are dear to my heart.

That's an easy mistake to make, I'm sure we all know you would never do it intentionally. It was a super image, nevertheless.

Sweet Maddy, we've all done things that weren't intentional. I mean I use so many formulas from talented writers (intentionally, in my case) to whom I don't give individual or even collective acknowledgment and thanks each time I use their formulas. I really should acknowledge and thank more often. Of course, most of the the formulas I use are public domain. I understand copyright law, so I understand how what I think you did (and I really don't know since I'm not on the list) would have been a problem without first obtaining persmission. ps.. Hey MADDY,we all know that you ´re one of the last which shall be accuced... Before you ever "steel" anything at all the hell will went to frozen ice before that happens! You´re one of the kindest people I know "in this world" ,always try to be honest and do right,its not the first time you helped me out when I´d been confused over FAQ and so on..Dear Maddy "your" crocusimage will still be the best which ever gonna be showned ,and I have to say, todays (2008 7 19) upload is in same high class,at least !!

I cannot for one second believe that you would intentionally steal anything. You are about the most honest, truthful, sweetest person I know .. and your work is awesome. Wish I'd have seen this one though, as I know it must've been goreous!

Too bad I never got to see it - I do love and value your work very much and I'm sure it was wonderful. However, due to technical issues I was offline for nearly 2 weeks. Now I regret missing this image. Oh well, I guess it could be worse. :-)
