Description

I saw the latest brushes from deviney and thought it would be fun to try them out. So I created my little mermaid in Poser, brought her into Photoshop and then went to work with the brushes. A couple hours later I was just about done. I was putting the final tweak on the picture and then... bam! Photoshop gave me an error message and closed down. Had I saved my work? Noooo, of course not. All I can say it's in good that the children were in bed and did not hear what I had to say about Photoshop. So I have learned my lesson and it is two-fold: 1) Save, save, save 2) Reboot, reboot, reboot. Apparently, when I use Poser and Photoshop in conjunction for a while, my computer starts acting funny and strange things happen like this error. Obviously, I had to redo my entire picture. Had to stay up late to do it too. Hopefully, you like the results! :) Thanks soooo much for your wonderful comments and favs on my last picture. Have a great day.

Sorry to hear about your crash, they always happen at the wrong times don't they. This is a wonderful character and the water effects are excellent. Tony :-)

Sorry about all the bother you had, the end result was worth it though. Excellent image, fabulous water effects. I put it down to sods law, with my images. So many times i will do something and then adjust something and i think, ok that is perfect. I then go to render it and it will crash or some sh.. :D Of course i forgot to save, so have to start again. Getting used to it now. If only Studio had a pause button, or a step back button, everything would be cool. Nothing good comes easy though, such is life :D Fabulous image Lori :) 5.

Lori this one is brilliant and really jumps off the screen at you. Love the details and the effects as you make them seem so real. Sorry about the crash and loss but it looks like you overcame that also.

Oh, my friend, I understand you so much:) It happens to me very often, when the work is already done, it just show you the error and shuts down! What a stupid situation! You are right - SAVE, SAVE, SAVE!!! :))) Now about your new work:) I really like it ssooooo much and think that it's one of your best! You did amazing postwork and it really worth your time:)))

Poser and Photoshop compete for the same memory space, and both are hogs. Just be sure one is closed and has a chance to clear out before you open the other. And saving is always good;-)
