The skin looks fantastic! Really looks like flesh and blood. The bump on the blue shirt seems a bit high - almost looks like it's made out of hard, pebbly plastic. Super lighting. Very envious of your lighting.

As stated above, the lighting is incredible and very realistic, the only thing that could possibly add to this would be some sub surface scattering, so that light would permeate the ears and flesh. Terrific render, and the subjects are incredibly detailed!
