Very nice. I just wonder about the comparative scale of objects (tower, buildings, cars). I have a feeling the buildings are scaled too small. I like the orderly way everything is built but this is more "Utopia" than "Dystopia". As you know, "dystopia" means the opposite of "utopia". Dystopia means "A dystopian society is a state in which the conditions of life are extremely bad, characterized by human misery, poverty, oppression, violence, disease, and/or pollution." I would say this is not your city at all.
