AloooooooHa!
After 3 months of no rain, they have returned. Although it's not the big pouring rain we are use to, it's nice to have some rain again. But alas, with rain comes tall grass and weeds..ugh!
I went out early this morning to scope out my yard which I full intended to weed whack today. The ominous clouds on the horizon gave me the perfect excuse to skip it for today. I thought I would try out some HDR on my weed infested front yard, which I find more enjoyable. It did pour right after I shot this...whew.
I'm not one to find faces in clouds and lava, and most of the time I can't see anything. While working on this image I did notice a face looking down on my yard from the clouds....thus the title. Looks like he's a little disappointed with my yard work...

This is beautiful! I've gone right off a lot of HDR when it's too overdone, but this is great! and is this really your garden? Amazing!

If I were to guess where this place is I'd say in my own back yard - the rockies... Never would of thought Hawaii would look like this... I always picture sand, palm trees, lava, waves... Pine trees?... they are survivors. I've got a stretch of property that my Mother left her kids that this reminds me of... The grass isn't as green, but the layout is close to a mirror image.

Actually, if you turn it upside-down, I think you'll see a great big smiley face. I guess, like everything, it's all about your 'perspective'. What a great job on the tonal hues in the HDR I think the garden is a real wildlife haven! Just the job and saves all the work
