Description

A single rose can be my garden...a single friend, my world. ~ Leo F. Buscaglia -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once again, I had the pleasure of seeing my yellow wild rosebush in full bloom - its a sight to see, and one I look forward to every Summer. I can walk around it for hours, photographing its pedals in various light, and at different angles and POV's. I especially love it after the rain, when raindrops cling to its leaves and pedals. There is nothing as beautiful. (Now don't go bursting my little bubble here and show me Maui, Australia, Germany, Spain, Africa and other parts of this Awesome world -- !!) lol Have a great evening/day! Shari

love that dew drop high light! he photo has lots of juicy info! It looks great on screen, but I'm worried about a print -it might need levels, curves, gamma or something to optimize for the inks.

Maui, Australia, Germany, Spain, Africa? How about the mean streets of my home town? Of course, those same mean streets also give you the ceaseless plethora of lovely flowers/foliage you see posted in my gallery. That said, a very interesting mood shot of the waterdrop-shrouded lime colored rose in this macro, Sharilyn.
