Description

With my 100th upload today, I feel strongly that a couple of 'thank you's' are due!!! Firstly to Piet - thank you dear friend for your persistance and patience to convince me way back in February to join the RR community. If it wasn't for you, none of this would have been possible. Secondly, thank you to all the wonderful friends and artists I have met here on this great site. I am so much richer for it. I have seen some incredible works of art and I have formed some lasting friendships. Your friendship, love and support mean so much to me! Thank you for visiting my gallery and for your very valued comments on this image as well as me previous uploads. Hugs, Carin xx

Well, Carin, I'm not sure who has gotten more out of your time here ... you or me. Yes, you have received recognition, been taught by exceptional teachers in the art, found encouragement, support and warm friendships. And yes, you got this fella that has entered your heart and wrapped around your soul...all very big and stupendous things. But I have received your friendship, your support and been privvy to some of the most amazing photos of South Africa. Between you and Piet, I feel like I have a foot in your country and I'm only a heartbeat away from the rest of me seeing it for myself.
