Thought I do something diff and post some old architecture stuff. Do not know anything about the house . I looked it up on google but I can not find nothing. All I know it old and it just past st. Martinville going to New Ibera on the back roads. Took this in the spring before the leafs came out in full force. Took many shots and i liked this one. This was in the afternoon but I do have a shot of it in the early morning too. Can not find that shot lol. anyway thanks for looking and comments oh the house is been live in now that all i know of it

I agree with PJ, it has a look of an old plantation house, apart from the driveway being a bit short. Nice to see all those Oak trees Jocko, and the Spanish Moss, adds a touch of mystery/eeriness to the shot. This would be fantastic at night with a full moon. Superb capture. Bravo!!!!!

The tree's are amazing as if saluting in a ghostly fashion. I can imagine how it looks at night or on a misty day. Excellent shot. Aloha

It is a fine view of Southern archtecture and that look straight out of "Gone With The Wind." You have a fine sense for POV.
