Explanation: the plaque says that Dmitri Mendeleyev (Periodic Table of Elements) worked as a teacher in 1855-1856 in in the lyceum which was in this bulding. The sign says: New collection. Odessa, Ukraine. Enjoy your weekend. Nikolay
