Description

Breath in, breath out. What is this fuss about? Sometimes I wonder about this breathing stuff. It appears to be automatic within our body but is it the same way with our spiritual self? There were so many questions and so many thoughts to ponder and then an idea came to me. Now mind you, this is all just guesswork. In the spiritual sense or in the metaphysical world we have the ability to create our lives as we dream them to be. Hmm? Now that's interesting. Over time, we have collected all sorts of thoughts and ideas and filed them away so that when we want them they can reappear. Hmm? This is getting even more interesting. So where is this exhale part? Periodically we have to do a mental house cleaning. We have to go into our mental attic and clear out the old thought cobwebs. As it is in the physical world, so it is in the metaphysical world. Thoughts that were once collected and stored away may no longer serve us. Beliefs created from years ago may also lose their purpose. After all, we are constantly changing and growing. And with those changes and growth, we have created new concepts and ideas about who we are and our lives. To make room for our new concepts and ideas so that we can plant those wondrous new thought seeds we have to create a vacuum. Nature abhors a vacuum and will always try to fill it. So how can we go about creating this vacuum? The answer can be as simple as giving ourselves permission to let go. We can allow ourselves to let go of that which no longer serves us. We can give ourselves permission to release and let go. At first we have to practice our new way of thinking. Then slowly it becomes a habit and finally it is a part of our being just like a reflex. We might even think of this as a mental exhale. There is an interesting thing about all of this and that is that we will not exhale until we are ready to do so. And then we will only release to the degree that we are ready to release. But the best thing about all of this is that there is no right or wrong way of doing this. It is what it is and we will exhale to the degree that best suits our needs at any given point in time. So guess what? I think today is a day for us to exhale. Are you ready? Draw one deep breath in, hold it a second and now gently and softly make one slow and peaceful exhale. Imagine that you are exhaling a beautiful stream of color and that it is flowing into the atmosphere. There above you, you will see the most beautiful forms that are filled with color and light. This, my friend, is you returning the energy that you have used to the Universe. There it will be revitalized and re-energized so that it may once again be used by another. Now that's the way to exhale. What are you waiting for? Now is the time to try it. You just might find out that it works for you. How divine. How simply divine. Our thought for the day is: 'I am all that you see and yet I am so much more. I am a miracle waiting to happen and I can hardly wait to see what comes next.' Gayle O May your days be mellow and filled with peace and may you always know that you are wonderful. I believe that of you and so should you. © Gayle O This is a single flame created in Apophysis 3D Hack. Beautiful work Gale, your image fits perfectly with your wonderful write up. I especially enjoyed the part about drawing a breath and then imagining you are exhaling a beautiful stream of color. Nice ;)

This fractal goes so well with your story. I like the idea of exhaling beautiful colours much better than the pollution I thought I was causing. Beautiful work and story.

Excellent render and talk for the day =) It looks like we are going down the proverbial rabbit hole here in this picture. What do you want to take? The blue or the red pill? If you take the blue, you'll wake up tomorrow and won't remember this conversation. If you take the red, I promise you that the nature of the matrix will be revealed to you. It's not to late to turn back. Which do you choose?
