Description

At an unstable star who flares nearly 100 times its normal strength and blast the area. These eruptions fill the system with strange and exotic gases. Buried in this dangerous place is a small scorched world dangerously close to the hostile parent. We’d ignored that world and studied the star for a time, then moved on. There was little to interest our short attention in this unfriendly system. But something was there, long asleep and waiting. When we left, something ancient stirred, and while we should have paid more attention, something began to reach out from this sleeping world. And our universe would never be the same. ---------------- the ships were my own creation, entirely within Bryce. The planet started out with the Lunacell Plug-in and the starscape with Glitterato. The Nebulas, compositing and postwork (Lots of postwork) were all done in Photoshop CS3. Thanks for taking a look, and comments are always welcome.
