Description

One of my favorite places to visit in Costa Rica is Arenal Volcano. However, chances of seeing it clear are most of the time against your favor. In this last trip we had almost two full days of almost complete clarity from clouds and smoke. This particular photo was taken on the south side of the volcano's slopes where presently most of the activity is taking place. From this same location is where I took my previous post entitled "Arenal Volcano at Night." Hope you like the photo and again thanks for all your comments on this Costa Rica series.
