My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Very cool shot... Looks like a pretty old and probably original knob... the key may be interesting to see too ;) I have been trying to get a good shot of my glass doorknob... lol... no luck yet.

A house I grew up in had these...always thought they were large diamonds...and now I wish they were......agree about seeing the key as well!

This brings back so many memories from my childhood (although I wasn't around in the 1922 era) and how fascinated I was by the beauty in these doorknobs. And they still fascinate me today. This is a great shot!

I don't have any glass ones but I do have a couple of bakelite door knobs still on the original doors in my daughters bedroom. Superb capture of this treasure in Trent's house, I am guessing you were wearing a blue dress on this day? Love the dominant star and the two lesser ones. Excellent work, you really are the Queen of glass. Bravo!!!!!
