maybe a fiberglas replica.the engine looks like a Chevrolet, but I maybe wrong.the car is from the early 30's, at least the style.excellent capture

it's a 1929 ford T-bucket and the engine is a 305 chevy

It's a fad rod based on a T bucket and pickup box. The suicide front end is a feature with spoked narrow front wheels. The wide rear tires have tread and wuld be exchanged at the track to allow it to run in Street/Roadster (S/R)at an NHRA event. 25% engine set back, modified engine by pounds per cubic inch. It would have to have a roll bar and fire extinguisher as safety equipment. Some of these have elaborate Victoria tops to hark back to the Packard and others.
